At Arbor Pet Hospital, we make requesting appointments for your pet easy! Just fill out the required fields below and click "Submit Form" to make an appointment via e-mail. After you submit your request, please wait for a member of our team to contact you to let you know if your requested time is available. We’re open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Saturday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
